Our Batchers are excellent value for money and are slowly replacing the labour and maintenance intensive boom scrapers, delivering a short ROI (return on investment) to our customers. Our Batchers weigh and batch up to four different aggregates automatically due to the fact that they are PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) controlled. The Batchers eliminate the continuous maintenance required by boom scrapers.
Standard models have 4mm steel sheets on all hoppers and upgrades to 6mm are available. 4mm liner plates are also available on request. The RB1600, RB2400 and RB3200 are available in two, three and four storage hopper configurations. Up to five storage hopper configurations are available on certain models.
