Design: The rotor of a servo motor has a permanent magnet, self-generating and recycling energy, saving at least 25% energy using as low as 12 kW and 35-38 amps, whereas a normal motor uses 46-50amps.
Control: The servo motors closed loop control uses no current when idle, as opposed to a standard motor, which has an open loop control, constantly using current, resulting in a huge saving.
Response speed: Servo motors needs 0,3 secs to reach 3000 rpm , whereas a standard motor takes 1 whole second. Servo motors ensure much better compaction and faster cycle times as well as much higher capacities and superb quality for a higher PROFIT.
