Key
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target new
business opportunities within the yellow metal spare parts sector. - Build and maintain strong
relationships with existing customers and dealers potential clients. - Develop and implement
strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets. - Conduct market research to
stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer
needs. - Customer Service:
- Provide expert advice and
support to customers regarding product selection, specifications, and
applications. - Address customer inquiries
and resolve issues promptly and effectively. - Conduct product
demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of
spare parts. - Sales Administration:
- Prepare and present sales
proposals and quotations. - Negotiate terms and
conditions of sales agreements. - Process orders and ensure
timely delivery of products. - Process customer invoices
on financial system - Maintain accurate records
of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. - Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyse sales
performance metrics and report on progress toward sales goals. - Provide regular updates on
market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Matric qualification or
higher - Experience:
- Proven experience in sales
within the industrial or spare parts sector for earthmoving, agricultural
and materials handling industries. - Familiarity with yellow
metal spare parts and related products. - Skills:
- Strong sales and
negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales
targets. - Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand and
articulate technical product details and industry-specific requirements. - Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. - Personal Attributes:

Working
